A blonde ale of German lineage brewed with Pilsner malt and Continental hops. Much too young to be bitter! A really light, refreshing beer for those hot summer days.

Who knew? The Minas Basin is home to the world's highest tides. Under it's surface lurks another superlative; Great Whites! Brewce's buddies have been coming to the Valley every summer for years to enjoy its bounties! Now you can enjoy another of the Valley’s Greats. Clean, crisp, refreshing, Brewce’s Lager.
ABV 5.0% - IBU 18
A crafty Irish red with chocolate overtones and a bold, but not overwhelming, hop profile. Maritime malt balanced with traditional English hops.
ABV 4.8% - IBU 30
A delicious, rich, Maritime oatmeal stout made with locally grown and malted oats. Using malted oats rather than the traditional flaked oats allow a much greater proportion of the grist to be oats, resulting in an exceptionally creamy and smooth brew. A meal in a glass!
ABV 5.7% - IBU 30
Our IPA is brewed with Maritime pale, crystal, and organic specialty malts. Flavoured with five different hop varieties added at five different stages during the brewing cycle, making the River Hog a really unique beer with a lot of attitude. The River Hog IPA is named after a creature reputed to live in the tidal waters of the Chijekwtook (Cornwallis) river, on the banks of which the Wayfarers’ brewery is located.
ABV 6.2% - IBU 50
A citrusy hop-forward pale ale with a hint of spice complimented by a Maritime Pale malt backbone, beautifully orange in colour. Lots of citrusy hop flavour, but not bitter. Contains NO FRUIT.
ABV 5.6% - IBU 37
A hugely refreshing mixture of locally brewed American wheat beer and classic lemonade. The word radler has it’s origins in Germany, where a mixture of beer and fruit juice was served to refresh thirsty cyclists (radler in German) on hot summer days. Known in England as a shandy, this drink has understandably been a summertime hit on both sides of the Channel.
ABV 5.0% - IBU 6
A refreshing dry cider made with heritage apples from Hennigar’s 100 year old farm. Not back-sweetened, it contains less than 1 gram of sugar per (355 ml) serving!
